• Value Applied: This deposit is not an extra fee; it is applied directly toward your final invoice upon completion.
• Flexibility: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so we can keep your deposit active for a future date.

My diagnostic fee ensures you receive a thorough, professional assessment of your vehicle’s health.

• Transparent Billing: Travel and diagnostics are specialized services. These fees are maintained separately from repair costs to ensure you always see a clear, honest breakdown of the work performed.
• Service Radius: Base fees cover my standard service area. Extended travel for out-of-area requests will always be disclosed and agreed upon before booking.

To guarantee the performance of your vehicle, I prefer to source high-quality components through my trusted commercial network.

• My Guarantee: Parts I supply are backed by a commercial warranty, and I provide a comprehensive labor guarantee on that installation.
• Customer-Supplied Parts: I am happy to install parts you provide, though I cannot offer a warranty on labor or product longevity for items I did not source. In these cases, a modest labor adjustment is applied to offset technical overhead.

If your vehicle presents different symptoms upon arrival than originally described, we will pause to re-evaluate. My goal is to fix the root cause correctly, so we will pivot to a diagnostic flow to ensure you aren't paying for repairs that don't solve the problem.
